At MysticVibezz, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. MAGICAL PRODUCTS

All products are made with organic herbs and a skin safe essential oils, and ingredients. 

It is recommended to use all products with intention and faith.  Due to the nature of how magic works, results can not be guaranteed. Although there are well documented use of herbs in folklore, all products are sold as curios only.  Mystic Vibezz is not responsible for any outcome or result, our products are not a substitute for professional care. 

Although all ingredients are natural and organic, it is also recommended that any items purchased are tested on a small area on your skin to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

PURCHASE AND SHIPPING

You have purchased your magical items, "what to expect next?"

All products are handmade, and some are custom made to order.  Please be patient and allow 1 week from the date of your order for your items to be processed and shipped.                       

We ship via the U.S. Post Office, unless it is otherwise indicated in the checkout area.  Once your items have been shipped you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

RETURNS

All items are final sale and unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS AND PRICE
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and/or modify the price without notice at any time.

We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any price change or discontinuance of product.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number initially provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
